In fact, we’ve been on a bit of a shopping spree. The SCE retail studio team has bagged three major design awards so far, and we haven’t paid full price for a single one. From urban and suburban lifestyle specialty centers, to big box retail, SCE has demonstrated innovative designs with the kind of curb appeal that beckons retail tenants and shoppers alike.

Our environmentally sensitive solutions to storm water management are key ingredients in an SCE designed shopping center. The retail studio team works closely with the developer/architect team to provide a design for a shopping environment to achieve optimum component relationships that easily meets or exceeds local, state and federal guidelines.
