The SCE multi-family studio team is a family with multiple strengths and skills. Our civil engineering designs are right at home around Atlanta, Asheville, Savannah, and other southeastern cities. In urban and suburban communities with or without amenities, from lakes to swimming pools, tennis courts to putting greens and golf courses. Throughout the process, we have coordinated and facilitated with municipal authorities and Mother Nature. On balance, we work it out – beautifully, efficiently and on-time, on-budget.
